Bonner & Hindley has just completed PR for the first ever Harrogate Hospitality Awards.

The awards went in search of Harrogates top hospitality talent and received over 500 nominations from tourism businesses in the town. The Gala Dinner on the 1st June at The Royal Hall was hosted by TV celebrities Neil Morrissey and Richard Fox and sold out a month before the event.

B&H undertook all aspects of PR, includeding producing pre and post event press releases, inviting and hosting key press to the Gala Dinner and putting together an informative press pack for press.

This years categories and winners were:

Waiter/Waitress of the Year: Akef Awajan, Rudding Park Hotel
Bar Person of the Year: Alex Evans, Pitcher and Piano
Newcomer of the Year: Edward Martin, The Crown Hotel
Chef of the Year: Kenneth Poon, Orchid
Unsung Hero: Mike Hine
Best Achievment: Jean Roberts, Hotel du Vin
Team of the Year: HBC Street Cleaning Team, Harrogate Borough Council
Harrogate Ambassador: Sir Thomas Ingilby, Ripley Castle
