Hat-Trick for YMA

Yorkshire's Magnificent Attractions members scored a hat-trick at the White Rose Awards on Thursday 25 September, with wins in three of the six categories in which they were nominated.Harewood House and Bird Garden won the Visitor Attraction of the Year (50,000 visitors and over), Magna Science and Adventure Centre won the Outstanding Customer Service award and The Deep won the Sustainable Tourism award.
Yorkshire's Magnificent Attractions venues were also shortlisted in Visitor Attraction of the Year (50,000 visitors and over) (Harewood House and Bird Garden) Outstanding Customer Service Award (Magna Science and Adventure Centre), Best Tourism Experience of the Year (JORVIK Viking Festival, National Coal Mining Museum for England) and Sustainable Tourism Award (The Deep).
Deborah Hindley of Bonner & Hindley, Consortium Manager of Yorkshire's Magnificent Attractions, said:
